I started out reading layers of rock at IIT Roorkee (Integrated M.Tech in Geological Technology).
Now I read layers of margin, from revenue down to PBT, and the question is the same: what is really driving this? I care less about reporting numbers than about explaining them: which programme earns its keep, where costs should sit, what the cash can support. The dashboards and automation just get me there faster, so leadership spends its time on decisions, not reconciliations.

2025
- Eliminated 60% of manual reporting effort by automating Excel-based P&L consolidation workflows, compressing monthly close cycles.
- Built a Python Common Cost Allocation Engine that allocates common costs using 5 ratio drivers across 3 hierarchy levels.
- Integrated 6–8 Zoho Books ledgers (Invoices, Credit Notes, Bills, Vendor Credits, Journals, Bank Ledgers) into a unified data model via Power Query ETL and relational modeling in Power BI.
- Engineered a Power BI P&L dashboard at Programme, Course and Cohort levels with 10+ DAX measures (Income, Delivery Cost, Gross Margin, CM1, EBITDA, Finance Cost, Net Profit).
- Deployed a Power BI Cash Flow dashboard on bank ledger data to monitor inflows, outflows and liquidity.

- Improved sales conversion tracking accuracy by 9.5% with a Power BI Sales & MIS dashboard delivered to the Director.
- Reduced manual MIS reporting time by 40% by automating CRM-to-dashboard pipelines and standardizing templates.
- Built customer segmentation models by city, age, group size and destination for targeted marketing.

- Cut operational expenses by 20% through SQL and DAX expense allocation models in real-time Power BI dashboards.
